Miyanji Tech Solution provides digital services including but not limited to website development, application development, digital marketing, automation setup, and support & maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
All projects begin with a written project proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. This document outlines scope, deliverables, milestones, payment schedule, and timelines. Changes to agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically: a deposit is required before work begins, with staged payments at milestones, and a final payment on project completion. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property in the deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate briefs and timely feedback; supplying content, assets, and access credentials as required; reviewing and approving work within agreed timeframes; and maintaining backups of their own data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. Client is liable for all work completed to date of termination plus any reasonable costs incurred.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
